1955

1-29, installed Wesco A-25 skis

6-4, “Repairs to L wing, L elevator, fuselage, and cabin door.

6-4, Installed Edo 89-2000 floats

 

1956

8-31, annual inspection, tach-691

 

1957

1-25, “New landing gear & front fittings installed, new prop (74-52).

 

1958

1-7, annual inspection, installed skis, tach-1097hrs

5-12, “changed from wheels to skis, tach-1128.6

 

1960

2-15, annual inspection, tach-1393.8hrs

 

1961,

7-16, annual inspection, recovered wings, tail feathers, and fuselage. Tach-1481hrs

 

1962

9-10, annual inspection, replaced left stabilizer, tach-1598.3hrs

 

1963

9-18 annual inspection, tach-1697.4hrs

 

1964

11-16, annual inspection, tach-1787hrs  (first mention of aircraft being in Alaska)

 

1965

3-25, installed Skycrafters VHF in instrument panel.

 

1966

5-2, annual inspection, recovered belly, tach-1964hrs

 

1967

5-24, annual inspection, repaired tailwheel, replaced left side windows, replaced left flying wire. Tach-2032hrs

 

1968

5-21, “tightened all screws and attempted to fix landing gear”

5-25, “gear collapse”

6-5, annual inspection, tach-2218hrs

 

1969

5-6, “removed inst. panel and installed made up panel. Installed Art. Horiz, clock, and compass

6-19, annual inspection, replaced right wheel, and installed round tailbrace wires, tach-2302hrs

 

1970

6-21, annual inspection, tach-2367.4hrs

 

1971

9-14, annual inspection after ground loop, repaired outboard 5 ribs in left wing, replaced all nose ribs and leading edge skin on right wing, prop repaired by AK propeller, tach-2406.3hrs

 

1972

8-16, annual inspection after ground loop, recovered top of fuselage, and left side of belly, tach-2410.4hrs

 

1974

8-06, replaced right wing, right elevator, repaired 8 tubes on left side of fuselage, replaced front and rear gear fittings, tach-2412.3hrs

9-4, annual inspection, tach-2412.3hrs

12-20, installed skis

 

1976

4-2, annual inspection, tach-2437hrs

5-10, recovered R.H wing,

 

1990

2-10, annual inspection, Installed new tail brace wires, new rudder cables, replace right elevator, patch misc. holes in fabric, repair left landing gear, entire aircraft repainted, tach-2650.hrs

 

1991

6-19, annual inspection, replaced muffler, new top tail brace wires, engine mount repaired, installed Bracket air filter, installed double puck Cleveland brakes and 8.50X6 tires, repaired aft lower longerons and brace tubes, replaced RH aileron cable, replaced RH brake line, replaced fuel sending unit in right tank, replaced tail spring, replaced rudder attach bushings, and re-rigged flaps and ailerons, tach-2808.4
